MAGNOLIA ISD SCHOOL BOARD LIES TO COMMUNITY…..AGAIN

Share Button

On June 8, 2022 the Magnolia ISD School Health Advisory Committee (SHAC) met and unanimously voted to adopt the controversial Good-Heart Willcox Health Text Book. The chairman of the committee stated after the vote “from here we go on to getting the board approval before we can purchase”. Community members present at the meeting were stunned that a supposedly conservative district would adopt such a book that repeatedly referred to those as pregnant as “pregnant persons”. Following the SHAC meeting activists went to work educating the community of a possible school board adoption of the textbook based on the SHAC’s recommendation at the next board meeting.

At the Magnolia ISD July 11th Board meeting community members were handed a letter on behalf of the SHAC textbook adoption stating that the SHAC is not responsible for adopting the health textbook and that it was sent to a Textbook Review committee that did not support it.

This image has an empty alt attribute; its file name is image.png

A public information request asking for the names of the textbook review committee, the minutes to their meetings, their recommendation/referral to the school board where the book was rejected showed “NO RESPONSIVE DOCUMENTS“. So as of today the Magnolia ISD School district has a textbook review committee with no names, no committee minutes, no referrals to the school board, etc. This so called committee is made up of unicorns, fairies, and Easter bunnies. In layman terms the Magnolia ISD School Board and Superintendent falsified information and lied to the community… AGAIN! Trust me this is not the first time this board and administration have chosen to lie to their constituents it has become a common practice.

All official documentation shows that the SHAC is to present their recommendations to the School Board not a textbook review committee (especially one that doesn’t exist). According to Magnolia ISD’s own board policy EHAA (see below) it states in #4 The SHAC shall present its recommendations to the Board at a public meeting. There is no mention of a Textbook review committee.

According to Texas Education Code 28.004 dealing with the School Health Advisory Committee it states

(e) Any course materials and instruction relating to human sexuality, sexually transmitted diseases, or human immunodeficiency virus or acquired immune deficiency syndrome shall be selected by the board of trustees with the advice of the local school health advisory council and must:

I find no mention of a Text Book Review Committee as touted by the Magnolia ISD School Board.

At the July board meeting school board president, Chuck Adcox chose to entertain those in attendance with his own personal rant stating “That textbook was shot down in committee and I argue this is better what it shows is the people in our committee know our community and know it would not fly” Seriously?  This statement was a LIE because there is no such committee who shot the textbook down. The committee that did approve the book was the SHAC Committee and the board approved all the members that sit on it who represent the board’s values.

Not only did the school board lie Magnolia ISD Superintendent, Todd Stephens lied as well propagating bogus claims of a textbook adoption committee being part of the process.

Commissioner Charlie Riley votes for Common Core!

Share Button

Commissioner Charlie Riley

Unfortunately our Texas education system has changed radically in the last decade and not for the better. A good classical education has been replaced with technology and a progressive teaching pedagogy of social emotional learning in order to change a child’s attitudes, values and beliefs and behavior. We are seeing that played out across the county with a rapid decline of allegiance to our country or God.

In 2013 I discovered a curriculum system within over 90% of our Texas schools called Cscope (Common Core). Cscope encompassed the progressive pedagogy mentioned. In addition Cscope was found to promote Islam, Communism and globalism. In 2013 a Senate hearing put a damper on the program itself but the transformation of our classrooms continued at a rapid pace. Though Magnolia ISD had not purchased the actual Cscope program they had implemented the same teaching philosophy. Read HERE.

April 1, 2012 the Magnolia ISD school board unanimously signed Texas Association of Schools Board’s (TASA) resolution promoting the progressive transformation.   At the time Commissioner Charlie Riley sat on the board and signed up for this. Why? Honestly, Riley was working his way up the ladder to be  Montgomery County Commissioner of PCT 2. If he had known what he was signing up for he would not have taken a stand against it making waves with the administration voting block of Magnolia ISD and jeopardize he win as Commissioner.  Instead in reality our children today are guinea pigs in this experiment of changing the American society to a more global one with global values not American values.

Eleven reasons not to give Charlie Riley a second term.

  1. Voted for Toll Roads
  2. Voted in favor of homosexual and transgender adoptions.
  3. Voted for Common Core education transformation
  4. Voted to limit bow hunting rights for hunter.
  5. Is under indictment.
  6. Is currently under Grand Jury investigation for abuse his office.
  7. Violates Ethics laws and uses School District to campaign.
  8. Voted himself a pay raise making 160,000+
  9. Violated nepotism laws creating a position for his wife Deanne in Constable Hills office.
  10. He lies to protect himself.
  11. Bonus Refuses to call out his tribe of supporters for their abusive actions and behavior.

Dear Commissioner Charlie Riley,

Riley,

Are you telling people that I ran Deanne off the side of the road with your grand baby in the car. If so, you are lying to them. I would say I am surprised but I am not. God knows the truth! Is it really so hard to do the right thing Charlie?

Ginger
_____________________________________________________________________________
Now for a little history on this. The Magnolia establishment is corrupt and abusive and it has been for years. Sadly, most taxpayers are oblivious and those that are aware of it either fear for their jobs or business and many that know will sell their integrity for a bar-b-q plate courtesy of Commissioner Riley.
I suspected and was right assuming that the Riley’s would be abusing their positions as county employees in preparation for the Charlie Riley Campaign Event, Sat. Oct. 14, 2017.
I drove to Magnolia suspecting to see the Commissioners yard being utilized in some fashion in setting up for Riley’s event. I did not expect to see Mr. Deanne  Riley who just returned to her office (Constable David Hill) that afternoon and rummaged through the Campaign T-Shirts in the back of her vehicle. I assume I was seen parked in Commissioner’s parking lot after witnessing Riley slamming the back door and jumping in the passenger side of Deanna’s vehicle. They drove out onto Unity Park Drive heading into the park towards 1488. Deanna turned east on 1488 and did not get in the line of traffic but proceeded up the side of the road as seen in photo below. Why she was driving so erratically and off the road is leaves room for question.
The story that Charlie Riley I know has been telling that I (Ginger Russell) ran his wife off the road with his grand baby in it is NOTHING BUT A LIE!
Proverbs 12:22  ” The LORD detests lying lips, but he delights in people who are trustworthy.”

Pamela Geller: Charlie Hebdo Butchery Motivated Dallas Protest

Share Button

BRIGHT

The grassroots came out en masse to rally with American Freedom Defense Initiative (AFDI) president Pamela Geller, who    spoke on behalf of free speech on Saturday, January 17, 2015 in the Dallas suburb of Garland. They gathered across the street  from the Curtis Culwell Center, the public school-owned facility which housed the Islamic fundraiser, Stand with the Prophet, that ignited a community controversy.

Breitbart Texas spoke with Geller and asked why she decided to come out to Garland. She cited the Charlie Hebdo butchery as that impetus.

“In the wake of the slaughter of these writers and these cartoonists, you would think in America the Muslims would hold a conference in support of free speech. Instead, they’re holding a summit in support of the very ideology responsible for the slaughter of that editorial staff,” she told Breitbart Texas.

To illustrate her point, Geller handed out large inflatable yellow #2 pencils to symbolize the very tool of free speech that cost 12 French satirical magazine cartoonists their lives by the hands of radical Islam.

“This is about freedom of speech,” Geller emphasized. She pondered why, in the aftermath of the Charlie Hebdo massacre, “it’s not the Muslim world looking introspectively and asking themselves, what is it about the religious underpinnings of this ideology” that lead to such an atrocity? Instead, they go to a different place.  That place, she said, “is always fear of Islamophobia.”

Breitbart Texas first reported that at the heart of the controversy was Garland Independent School District (ISD) taxpayers’ concerns that the Islamic benefit was held on public school property. The $30-plus million multi-purpose Curtis Culwell Center was funded by the property taxpayers mainly through revenue bonds in 2002. The Garland school district services the municipalities of Garland, Rowlett, and Sachse.

Geller cited this as a violation of the Establishment Clause, which prevents the US government from showing preferential treatment for one religion over another. This benefit featured Imam Sirraj Wahhaj, an unindicted co-conspirator in the 1993 World Trade Center bombings. Geller recounted that Wahhaj had its mastermind, the “Blind Sheik” Omar Abdel Rahman, speak to his New York City congregation a number of times.

Rahman was convicted in 1995 of plotting to blow up the World Trade Center and other New York City landmarks.

Geller said that Wahhaj has called for an Islamic caliphate to replace the US government. Another prominent Stand with the Prophet speaker and event producer Malik Mujahid has advocated for Sharia or Islamic law in the United States, even though his attorneys claimed his statements were “taken out of context,” according to CBS DFW.

“This is what they are standing up for?” Geller asked. “This is what the superintendent is putting in your public schools?”

She added, ” It’s an abomination.”

Geller underscored that Garland ISD superintendent Bob Morrison had been “co-opted and should be fired” referencing his attempt to impose Arabic as a mandated language previously.

In 2011, Morrison, who was then Mansfield ISD superintendent, tried to bring in mandatory Arabic language classes into his former district through a federal grant awarded to teach the Arabic, East Texas ABC affiliate KLTV-7 reported.

The district insisted the curriculum would not be about the Islamic faith but parents stopped the program saying they should have been informed about the federal Foreign Language Assistance Program Grant that identified Arabic as a ‘language of the future.’

Garland ISD residents felt similarly disenfranchised as to what their taxpayer dollars were supporting at the Curtis Culwell Center. Stand With the Prophet was unassumingly listed on the event calendar under Sound Vision Foundation, Incorporated. These sentiments were voiced by many at the rally.

Becky Nelson, a Garland resident, has ancestral roots that run deep in the area. Her paternal family established the neighboring city of Rowlett. She was gravely concerned. “I pay taxes, I am a good citizen and I feel I have no say. No one has a say or a vote. You get to pay taxes but have no say,” she told Breitbart Texas.

Another 15-year Rowlett property taxpayer who asked to remain anonymous added to the conversation, noting the eerie parallels of “taxation without representation” that Garland ISD families feel in the handling of the matter.

This resident also referenced the recent school board meeting in which the board president seemed to give equal rights to rent the facility although it came at the expense of the people who got to pay for the facility who had no say in what their school board does.

“It’s not right. We’re paying for it; our government officials are turning a deaf ear to us,” she said.

At the recent Garland ISD Board of Trustees meeting a small handful of school property taxpayers spoke during the public forum section, voicing reservations over the district renting its multipurpose center for an Islamic fundraiser.

After hearing only the first few comments, school board president Rick Lambert said, “I’d ask that you address new issues rather than saying the same thing over.”

“Garland ISD would never allow a neo-Nazi or an Arian nation group to rent the building but they allow a group whose main speaker advocates the overthrow of the United States government and the end of our way of life?,” the resident added.

Surrounding community members like Irving’s Nancey Tresler told Breitbart Texas, “We find it ironic that the place the Muslims choose is a school where religion is banned from school. Islam is an all encompassing political and religious philosophy of government. They should not be allowed on school grounds.”

Some, like Garland resident Sandra Bunch were just plain scared of radical Islam. She said, “It really irks the living daylights out of me that my school tax dollars are going to fund this (facility) for people who want to kills us.”

Area Tea Party representatives voiced concerns from an even broader perspective.

Frisco Tea Party president Tom Fabry told Breitbart Texas that he was there “to support American laws for American courts. Sharia is not a ‘fit’ for American values.”

Barbara Harless from the North Texas Citizens Lobby, agreed. “Islam is not compatible with our constitution.”

Small business owner Wayne Richard of Plano was also there to show support for the Bill of Rights and the Constitution. “This is about free speech and the First Amendment. Sharia law’s very foundation is incompatible with what this country stands for.”

For North Texas resident Ron Murphy II, however, it came back around to Garland ISD. He told Breitbart Texas, “I am protesting them using taxpayer funded building for what I’d consider propaganda.”

Murphy added that he’d have no issue if this event, or others like it, had been happening on private property.

Mayor: Adult Illegal Aliens With ‘Graying’ Hair Enrolled in Public Schools

Share Button

writing

(CNSNews.com) – The mayor of Lynn, Mass. says that some of the illegal aliens from Guatemala who are enrolled in her city’s public schools are adults with graying hair and “more wrinkles than I have.”

“They are not all children,” Judith Flanagan Kennedy told reporters at a press conference at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C., on Wednesday.

“One of the things that we did notice when we were processing some of these students coming in was that they were adults,” she said.

She added that the federal government will not allow school officials to verify their ages, even though one of the students turned out to be 35 years old.

Kennedy said that the majority of those from Guatemala who are enrolling in the Lynn Public Schools claim to be between 14 and 17 years of age.

“But there were people with graying temples, hair around the temples,” said Kennedy, adding that although she did not see these individuals in person, she saw photographs of them in registration paperwork. “There were people with more wrinkles than I have around their eyes.”

However, the school district was directed by the federal government not to verify the age of the foreign enrollees, Kennedy said.

“We were told through a directive from the Department of Justice (DOJ) that we were not to question or verify – attempt to verify these ages,” Kennedy stated at the press conference, hosted by the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS).

Kennedy said that she and the school superintendent in Lynn wanted to know why the number of students from Guatemala “almost doubled” from 56 who enrolled during the 2012-13 school year to 101 during the 2013-14 school year.

When CNSNews.com asked whether she could be more specific about how they determined the ages of those enrolled, Kennedy replied that while school personnel cannot ask for age verification, they have confirmed that some of them are in fact adults.

“We have no ability to confront a student directly and demand an accurate age,” Kennedy said. “Every once in a while, we’ll be able to determine that someone is well above the age at which they would be entitled to an education in the Lynn Public Schools.

“For example, if a student does not show up for a few days of classes, we will send our truant officers out to find out what’s going on at that home,” Kennedy explained.

“One example: the woman who answered [the] door said, ‘He’s 35 years old — he’s not going to show up at school….But we cannot, per DOJ guidelines, we cannot ask them for any more verification of age,” Kennedy said.

“It does become very frustrating,” she added.

In May, the Department of Justice issued a statement to public schools reminding them that they are legally required to enroll all children, regardless of their immigration status.

“You must ensure that you do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or national origin, and that students are not barred from enrolling in public schools at the elementary and secondary level on the basis of their own citizenship or immigration status of that of their parents or guardians,” the DOJ statement read.

However, under federal law, “the term ‘child’ means any person within the age limits for which the State provides free public education.” In Massachusetts, those between the ages of 3 and 21 are eligible to attend public school.

At the press conference, Kennedy said that the economic impact on American cities like Lynn, which is located about 10 miles north of Boston, includes an increase in cost to taxpayers for educating these overage students and for providing them with health services, including vaccinations that are required for all children attending U.S. public schools.

But the federal government has not said whether cities and school districts will be reimbursed for these increased costs, according to Kennedy.

She described Lynn as a blue-collar “factory” town with a diverse population of about 90,000. It is the ninth largest city in Massachusetts and has the fifth largest school district in the state.

As reported earlier by CNSNews.com, the Administration for Children & Families’ Office of Refugee Resettlement said that by the end of July, 37,477 unaccompanied alien children have been placed with relatives or other sponsors around the country and are entitled to attend U.S. public schools. Of that number, 989 were sent to Massachusetts.

Home Schooling Families Spoke Out Against Teen Curfew in Magnolia, Texas

Share Button

Thanks the mass emails from the Texas Home School Coalition and Home School Legal Defense Association, Magnolia City Hall was standing room only at their regularly scheduled meeting Tuesday night, July 8, 2014.  On the meeting agenda was scheduled a public hearing to reinstate a teen curfew ordinance for the city of Magnolia.  The city let the ordinance lapse after now holding a public hearing to reinstate it in 2010. So reality the ordinance was inactive. Home school families showed up in droves to let their voices heard. Many adults gave public comments as well as some of their children. In attendance also was Texas HR Steve Toth who opposed the ordinance as well.

Unanimously the room was  against the day time curfew. The council asked for a show how hands who was against the night-time curfew as well and the majority raised their hands. The city the voted to let the ordinance die.

I would like to personally say I was well pleased with the council and their generosity in allowing any and all who wanted to speak do so. Magnolia  Police Chief, Domingo Ibarra was extremely gracious and showed concern regarding the ordinance as well. MagnoliaCity Administator, Paul Mendes thanked the audience for coming out and for being so well behaved.

The Home School Legal Defense Association is against day-time curfews and outlines why HERE.

Charlie Riley Signs off on Common Core

Charlie Riley

Charlie Riley, candidate for Montgomery County Commissioner signed off on the progressive philosophy of education, Common Core while serving on the Magnolia ISD School Board. Though Common Core has not been officially adopted by the Texas Legislature, Common Core and it’s philosophy have made its way into school districts across the stae have seen this and fought it in the last legislature with Cscope.

Texas Association of School Administrators (TASA) which is funded with taxpayer dollars through your local school districts have adopted the same common core philosophy under the name “Creating a New Vision for Public Education in Texas“. Magnolia ISD’s School Board on April 9,2012 School Board meeting signed onto TASA’S NEW VISION.

Why would Charlie Riley, Cecil Bell, Deborah Rose Miller, Chuck Adcox, Billy Thompson, Steve Crews sign off on to the Common Core progressive philosophy?

In 2013 Superintendents and Administrators across the state made a trip to California to hear Progressive Educator Linda Darling Hammond speak on Common Core.

Texas State Board of Education Member Thomas Ratliff Bullies Texas Mom

raliff

Texas Parents and Grassroots activist have been extremely effective in fighting the progressive CSCOPE Curriculum in Texas Schools and educating the public about it. This does not seem to set well with a RINO sitting on the State Board of Education, Thomas Ratliff. Ratliff is also a paid lobbyist for Microsoft and though it is illegal to sit on the SBOE and be a lobbyist, Ratliff seems to have no respect for the rule of law. Ratliff is so put out that a major dent has been put in the CSCOPE/Common Core agenda across the state of Texas that he is bullying a Texas Mom, Alice Linahan for her activism in fighting CSCOPE by filing ethics charges claiming she is paid for activism. Ratliff’s initial filed ethics complaint was denied which he could not seem to accept and filed a 2nd complaint.

Texas Education Agency Endangers Students and Families

tea

The Texas Education Agency (TEA) is working on collecting data on your children and you. They have applied and received millions of dollars from the federal government to implement a data collection system called Texas Longitudinal Data System. Bill and Melinda Gates, The Dell Foundation have also assisted in funding the project.

You as a parent will told that that the “data collected” on your child will be used by the education system to better prepare your child for the workforce. Anytime the government implements a system to benefit their agenda they will sell it to the public as a benefit to you. THEY LIE!

The Texas Education Agency have been collecting data for years but not to the this extreme. Texas data collection has been referred to (PEIMS) Professional Education Information Management System. Claiming it’s not current and up to date TEA applied for federal money to improve the Data Collection to a great extent and with no thought to violation of student and family privacy. TEA received in upwards of  40M to implement the Statewide Longitudinal Data System.

CSCOPE LIES

Today Senator Patrick announced that the Texas Education Service Centers Curriculum Collaborative (TESCCC) will be pulling all CSCOPE lessons and getting out of the lesson plan business. REALLY?  Trust is something earned and I don’t trust the Texas Education Service Centers. Why are they giving intructions to school districts and teachers on how to save CSCOPE content? These guys are knee deep in the education of millions of Texas School Children. Scary isn’t it?

Rockwall ISD School Board President Lies!

Share Button

doug hamilton

You would hope that when you elect your school board members, they represented you and not the liberal agenda of the school superintendent. Such is the case with Rockwall ISD school board President,Doug Hamilton. Hamilton answered a series of questions for the Rockwell News in hopes of convincing the Rockwall community that the Marxist Curriculum, CSCOPE was a great and needed product for Rockwall ISD. Despite the mounting evidence of Pro Communist/Pro Islamic material that is riddled throughout CSCOPE, and the fact that it is now under the review of the Texas Attorney General, Gregg Abott, Hamiton can still support  CSCOPE. Though Hamilton’s article is riddled with misstatements and lies, below is one question posed to Hamilton about CSCOPE’s Pro Communist material which I can personally say, his response is a lie.

To counter his response I have posted David Bellow’s article with Texas Conservative Republican News  that came out today.

CSCOPE TEACHES KIDS TO LIE TO PARENTS

Share Button

4-4-2013 11-45-40 PM

Worst CSCOPE Lesson

By Janice of  TXCSCOPE REVIEW.

The following is a section of a CSCOPE lessons that teaches kids how to use propaganda. The content of the roll playing script for the teachers is puts the teacher on the students side. The bad guys are parents as well as the principal and even the state board of education. Students have just finished a very unstructured activity in which students move around the room and even outdoors. Now they are back in class and news of how the class is to be restructured because of parent complaints. Be sure to get the picture that kids have been learning how our politicians mislead, lie, and stretch the truth with what is called political propaganda.CSCOPE-Instructions-for-Manipulating-Parents

Now that the scene has been set, it is time to drop the bomb that they will have to use textbooks from now own because of parent complaints. This is what is called the Delphi Method, which is a method of  presenting a situation in such a way that you control the response of the group.

What is most disturbing is that CSCOPE is using manipulating the thoughts of minors to support their own anti-book program. To make it more real to the kids, they throw in examples, such as manipulating parents when they want to go somewhere. Manipulating parents when they have a bad report card grade.

BOOTS ON THE GROUND ACTION STEP

Parents, no matter what I do. No matter how many senate education committee meetings and TV and radio announcements about CSCOPE, none of this is going to save your child. If you want something done immediately so your child has a chance of being educated instead of being indoctrinated, you have to stand up and take action.

1. Read each of the Boots on the Ground Action Steps.

2. Make an appointment to speak with your superintendent. Go in a small group so that
you have witnesses of what is said. Record the meeting if possible. Many phones have this capability and it works well.

3. Ask the superintendent to show you the CSCOPE Propaganda lessons being taught in high school. This is a US Government lesson, Unit   Lesson ?.

4. This US Government lesson pits students against Parent and Authority.
When you send your children to public school, they enter a training camp. They are learning about propaganda techniques. Techniques to use against authority.

THE TEXAS CSCOPE LIES!

Share Button

LIES

1)  Texas retired  Science Author Janice VanCleave who originally exposed Cscope for what it is has no intention of copying and competing against Cscope contrary to accusations by the owners of Cscope the Texas Education Service Center Curriculum Collaborative (TESCCC), and other state employees who have bought into the lie. Ms. VanCleave who attempted to tutor some children in her local school district discovered the children had no text books was denied Cscope lessons to help tutor. Finding this lack of transparency unacceptable she began researching who and what was behind Cscope. We filed a Public Information Request (PIR) asking for financials and lessons to be disclosed. TESCCC then filed in protest with the Attorney General that Ms. VanCleave had an interest in competing against them. BIG LIE!!!

2)  Cscope lessons are not pro communist. The discovery of numerous Csocpe lessons that are pro communist  is irrefutable Here are a few links highlighting our findings. Communist Manifesto read by Texas Students, Students Climb Stair to Communism, Cscope views Communism a Success , New Communist Flag Drawn in Texas, Cscope’s ProCommunism

3)  Cscope is not Pro Islamic as claims TESCCC.  Islam Propaganda, Road to Mecca, Islam, Women and Sex, Texas Students in Burqas, Islam in Texas Schools, Cscope says Allah is God,

4) Cscope has always had a policy of being transparent. NOT AT ALL. They have even stooped so low as to have teachers sign a non disclosure statement that they would not release lessons or say anything negative about Cscope. The fact they Cscope has not allowed parents to view lessons is what led to the discovery of Cscope.

5) Teachers love it and need it…. it provides specificity and rigor. (I am so sick of this progressive word, rigor.) GOOD TEACHERS HATE CSCOPE. The following is from a teacher about her experience with Cscope.

From a Teacher……

“The district is not militant in that they watch us to see what we’re doing and they say we can use our own materials. But, when we look at C Scope tests, the questions require that we spend much of our planning time scouting for materials on the Internet. What we are teaching is worthless. C Scope shows that there are grammar and reading skills in each six weeks that needs to be covered, but there is no particular rhyme or reason for what we teach and certainly, we cannot teach anything in depth. There aren’t units that adhere together well. And there seems to be an agenda that must be covered. I always ask my students why they did so poorly on the test. The answer is pretty much universal; they can’t understand what the questions are asking. We are still grading tests on a curve, which helps some. But, those who don’t pass are supposed to be able to make corrections or somehow bring their grade up. So, we have to find yet more materials for that.

Now we have what they call Response to Intervention (RTI) classes. Kids who fail a six weeks are pulled from an elective class and placed for three weeks in another classroom with an RTI teacher–right now they are teachers with an extra planning period. This teacher is supposed to help that kid get his or her grades back up. The first six weeks there were 180 students RTI. These are kids who, for whatever reason, did not do their work in class, nor did they do it in detention, or academic night school. That means that the regular classroom teacher must get work together for each of his/her students up to four times! I was at school today for six hours to get caught up on grading. I spent that entire time getting work together for RTI kids. The principal sent out a caution a couple of weeks ago that said we have used something like 600k sheets of paper so far this year. It took two entire days to run the mock tests for the core subjects that were given this week! We have less than 700 students in our school.

Having bored you with all of that nonsense, I can state without a doubt that my 8th graders are not prepared for high school. We can’t get past C Scope or testing long enough to impart something of value to kids. This is a scary place to be as a teacher who cares. I am a fixer by nature and I can’t fix this. It seems as if math and social studies teachers have managed to skirt C Scope better than English or science. I think that we are in the worst possible place as English teachers. We have no materials, no time, can’t understand the materials we are supposed to teach, and do our planning by perusing the C Scope test and then using similar materials to teach the test because we must!”

TEXAS EDUCATION ON DEMONIC PATH

Share Button

Social Emotional Learning or SEL for short was passed in Texas in 2021 (87R) with SB 123. The bill was authored by Dallas Democrat, Nathan Johnson (SD 16) and co-authored by Laredo Democrat, Judith Zaffirini (SD21) and Burleson Democrat, Beverly Powell (SD10). Shockingly the so called “conservative republicans” in the Texas senate and house voted in favor implementing Social Emotional Learning into the Texas Teks under the guise of character trait instruction. (Texas Republicans and Democrats have contributed to the demise of the Texas Education System)

It is apparent that anything nefarious related to America’s education system has has ties to the agenda of the United Nation Education Scientific Cultural Organization, UNESCO. UNESCO promoted the idea of using SEL in promoting the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals. SEL is about breaking down a students values, attitude’s beliefs and behavior. The values and beliefs that have made America great must be upended through collaboration and group think with the use of SEL.

SEL has it’s rooted in the occult as laid out in the video below by international journalist, Alex Newman.

Magnolia ISD spends $907,000.00 on CRT and more.

Share Button

Magnolia ISD’s school board supposedly signed a resolution against implementing CRT in the district. The resolution does not appear anywhere on the district’s website for public viewing so it will not be presented here.

A public information request was filed with Magnolia ISD asking for the contract that the district has with Imagine Learning. Imagine Learning is an educational program steeped in Critical Race Theory (CRT), it was discovered the district agreed to spend $907,000.00 to implement CRT in the district’s elementary and intermediate schools. So much for the resolution the board supposedly signed.

If you go to Imagine Learning’s website it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to discover the company’s goal is to change a student’s attitude, values, beliefs and behavior with their Social Emotional Learning program. Social Emotional Learning incorporates CRT in it’s teaching pedagogy.

There are various buzz words that validate the incorporation of CRT in an educational program, such as Social Emotional Learning (SEL), Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Culturally Responsive Teaching, etc. CRT came straight out of Critical Legal Theory of Germany’s Frankfurt School. CRT is Marxist to the core.

Check out Imagine Learning Diversity page….

Sadly, our supposedly Magnolia ISD’s Conservative, Christian school board has bowed to the Marxist agenda, once again. In 2016 they implemented the United Nation’s International Baccalaureate (IB) program costing taxpayers thousands. The International Baccalaureate Program was modeled around IB’s first director general, Alec Peterson’s secular humanist (anti- God) beliefs. IB promotes the UN’s Agenda 2030 plan, diversity, equity ad inclusion.

Sadly, we American’s are ultimately funding our own demise through our public schools.

Magnolia ISD: “Queer There & Every Where”, Sex & Gender books for students

Share Button

The once conservative school district of Magnolia ISD has become an advocate of the United Nations Curriculum, International Baccalaureate (IB). IB is bent on social engineering the next generation into International Minded Global Citizens. IB promotes gender confusion in children, Social Justice (Marxism), Equity (Communism), redistribution of wealth (Socialism), etc. Sadly, Magnolia ISD Taxpayers are funding their own demise with this program. The Montgomery County Republican Party passed a resolution against the IB program last year. A similar resolution was passed by the Texas Senatorial Republican Executive Committee last February. Despite the resolutions passed against IB the Montgomery County Republican Chairman, Bryan Christ and his wife Kristin Nicole still advocate for the UN program as well as the Magnolia ISD School Board and Texas State House Rep. Cecil Bell, Jr. Former Magnolia ISD School Board Member, Charlie Riley who now serves a Commissioner on the Montgomery County Commissioners court has remained silent on the issue.

Magnolia ISD has also bought into the evil lie of promoting gender confusion in children/teens in spending taxpayers dollars on books for local school libraries. Below are just a few of the books available to students to read.

Search Gender or Sex on Magnolia West’s Library link.

Humble ISD School Board Race: Something Looks Fishy

Share Button

School Board Candidate, Kenneth Kirchhofer who is running for Position 4 for the Humble ISD School Board Race has filed some questionable data on his campaign finance reports. Kirchhofer has has utilized the school district’s Marine ROTC for his campaign.

All ISD board candidates financial reports are posted online at:

Board of Trustee Elections / 2021 Campaign Reports (humbleisd.net)

Kenneth Kirchhofer reveals some interesting data.

Kirchhofer__Website_Forms_Jan2021.pdf (humbleisd.net)

The issues are…..

  1. Page 13: “Great Houston Football Coaches Association” donated $200.

Their website is: GHFCA Houston | Greater Houston Area Football Coaches Association

They state that their members are coaches, schools, etc.

They list schools which are members:

GHFCA MEMBERSHIP 2020-21 (002).xls (ghfcahouston.com)

So does that mean public funds were used to pay membership to this organization and then the organization made a political donation to a school board candidate?

Are they a 501c3? Greater Houston Football Coaches Association – GuideStar Profile

This does not seem legal.

  1. Page 16: “Eventbrite” donated $3,750.00

They appear to be a corporation headquartered in California. Eventbrite – Wikipedia

Texas law forbids most corporations from donating directly to campaigns: Understanding Corporate Contributions – Texas Articles – Transparency USA

  1. Page 16: “UNKNOWN DONATION” of $500.00

Texas law forbids anonymous campaign donations. A campaign must report the name, address and occupation of anyone making a $500 donation. Texas campaign may not accept $500 in cash.

Then look at this candidate’s facebook page on Dec. 4, 2020. The video is from his fundraiser at a golf course during the school day. The ROTC performs. There is no payment made to the ISD on his campaign financials to cover this cost. It is illegal for school districts to use public funds to directly support candidates. (Plus this was during the school day!) (20+) Facebook

The Marine ROTC website confirms they had a color guard event on their calendar that day (Dec.4)

Marine Corps JROTC / Calendar (humbleisd.net) Click on that details and it confirms they were there.

The video on his facebook page from earlier that morning shows a tent set up with donated items for an auction. Notice that his campaign finance reports do not show any “in-kind” donations.

Texas Election Code link: ELECTION CODE CHAPTER 254. POLITICAL REPORTING (texas.gov)

ELECTION CODE CHAPTER 253. RESTRICTIONS ON CONTRIBUTIONS AND EXPENDITURES (texas.gov)

It is a known fact School Board races can be nasty and corrupt.

Is there something fishy here? I will let you be the judge.

MAGNOLIA ISD: PROMOTING “WHITE” HATRED

Share Button

Magnolia ISD spends thousands yearly on a United Nations Marxist program titled International Baccalaureate.

IB’s Marxist ties are highlighted in this older article.

If you watch the nightly news you see that America is being destroyed from within by whites and blacks alike taking to the streets rioting, destroying property, demanding whites give up their homes, whites bowing to blacks asking for forgiveness for being being white and sadly beating and murdering innocent people. One may wonder where this American hating mindset took root. It comes from years of public school indoctrination of Cultural Marxism set to divide the country in ultimately overthrowing America’s economic system of Capitalism. Programs like the prestigious named International Baccalaureate that “WE” the taxpayer fund is another tool the left leaning education pipeline uses to indoctrinate and brainwash a segment of our society, our children.

The Magnolia ISD’s School Board has ignored the warnings of the Marxist leanings of the IB program after parents/taxpayers testified against the program at a number of school board meetings. Sadly for students and ultimately the country this program is still being implemented on the backs of Magnolia ISD’s taxpayers. Sadly we are funding our own demise.

It was discovered this week that Magnolia IB English teacher Mr. Finley’s required student reading list consists of a racially divisive book titled “The Fire Next Time by James Baldwin.

Magnolia ISD’s IB Teacher Mr. Matthew Finley’s Reading List

Below are just a small sample of the racially charged material students are required to read.

“The Negroes of this country may never be able to rise to power, but they are very well placed indeed to precipitate chaos and ring down the curtain on the American dream.”

You can only be destroyed by believing that you really are what the white world calls a nigger.

“Well, the black man has functioned in the
white man’s world as a fixed star, as an immovable
pillar,: and as he moves out of his place, heaven and
earth are shaken to their foundations
.

Parents and taxpayers need to get a voice and alert Magnolia ISD this is unacceptable and if needed which it appears it is replace our current school board members.
